The Steward - Amerisports Sports Bar is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our busy sports bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain sanitation levels and ensure a clean and safe working environment for all kitchen staff.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the storage and disposal of waste and recyclables.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a kitchen cleaning or sanitation role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and compounds and ability to safely handle and apply them.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects, including cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
