Position Overview:

Compensation: $48/hr - $53/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the foundational processes for the onboarding of cloud solutions or managed services.
  • Gather and coordinate feedback from various stakeholders to support the vendor evaluation process.
  • Conduct risk evaluations of third-party cloud services by analyzing responses to questionnaires and reviewing relevant documentation and discussions to assess the vendor's internal control framework.
  • Oversee the risk approval process in alignment with established protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of third-party risk assessments within the designated framework.
  • Generate and present metrics on solutions to management at agreed intervals.
  • Conduct regular ongoing risk evaluations of deployed cloud solutions and managed services.
  • Continuously enhance TPRM processes in collaboration with management.
Qualifications:
  • CISA/CTPRA/CCAK certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on TPRM, risk evaluations, or internal IT control assessments/audits.
  • Familiarity with information security and risk management frameworks/standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, SOC1/SOC2, CSA CCM, and Shared Assessments SIG) and cloud security methodologies.
  • Proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to tailor information for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in identifying and promptly communicating potential control-related concerns.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional process and time management skills.
  • Adept at recognizing issues and escalating them to management with attention to detail.
  • Effective listening skills and honest communication.
  • Capable of acquiring and analyzing data.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
