Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Positive attitude and passion for aviation and aircraft maintenance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in aviation maintenance and repair.
  • 3+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Experience with coating systems like HVOF and Plasma processes.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Ability to work with oils and chemicals.
