Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's computer system.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, ensuring proper documentation on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
  • Provide change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Assist management with various clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Become familiar with departmental structures and internal procedures to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate customer needs and requests to management and sales teams.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Clean driving record.
