Position Overview

iTrust Wellness Group is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to enhance our psychiatric medication management team. Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA)
  • Board certification in the relevant specialty:
    • PMHNP (preferred) – open to both new and experienced candidates
    • AGNP – open to both new and experienced candidates, with prior psychiatric experience as an RN required for new applicants.
    • FNP – open to both new and experienced candidates, with prior psychiatric experience as an RN required for new applicants.
    • PA-C – open to both new and experienced candidates, with prior psychiatric experience during clinicals required for new applicants.
  • Active or eligible for unrestricted state licensure in South Carolina
  • Active or eligible for prescriptive authority in South Carolina
  • Active or eligible for DEA Controlled Substances licensure

Role Specifics:
  • Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
    • In-Office – 2 days; Remote – 3 days (post-probationary period)
    • No on-call duties or weekend shifts.
  • Training: Comprehensive two-week training program to enhance psychiatric knowledge and familiarize with iTrust's policies and procedures.
  • Appointment durations: Initial appointments (60 minutes); Follow-up appointments (30 minutes).
  • Patient demographic: Ages 18-75
  • Licensing assistance: Support staff available to guide the licensing process in South Carolina.
  • Credentialing support: Dedicated staff to facilitate the insurance credentialing process for both government and commercial payers.
  • Collaboration and education: Regular meetings with supervising physicians for case discussions and presentations, alongside scheduled all-provider meetings to enhance operational processes.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000/year (commensurate with experience)
  • Licensure and CEU Stipend: $2,000/year
  • Work-from-home Equipment Stipend: $400 (one-time)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days (120 hours), plus an additional day for each year of service, totaling a maximum of 20 days (160 hours).
