Job Summary

CoreMedical Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of New Mexico
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
