Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living
At Morning Pointe Senior Living, we are committed to enhancing the wellness and lifestyle of our residents in a nurturing environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in meeting the daily needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Guide and support Resident Assistants (RAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering exceptional care.
- Implement individualized care plans, monitoring and documenting resident health.
- Prioritize resident safety and well-being in all activities.
- Assist with medication management and monitor residents' needs.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable transportation and a solid work ethic.
- At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
