Claims Resolution Expert

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Expert to join our team As a Claims Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized support to help them achieve a resolution. You'll also collaborate with our claims team to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain accurate customer records.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services
  • Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Handle billing and payment inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
