We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Therapy Group. As a licensed Speech Therapist, you will provide essential speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Job Details:
  • This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview.
  • The Speech Language Pathologist will work onsite during the 2024-2025 school year.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits after meeting the minimum hour requirement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  3. Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  4. Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  5. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  6. Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
