Elementary Art Instructor - Education Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking an Elementary Art Instructor to join our team at Bellevue Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality art education to students in an elementary setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective art instruction to students, meeting or exceeding state standards.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, promoting student engagement and creativity.
  • Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or licensure in Nebraska.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in elementary art education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
