Your Role: As a Cannabinoid Brand Representative based in South Florida, you will embody our esteemed in-house brands, Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction. You'll be the vibrant face of The Pack Labs, actively engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. Your mission is to enhance our brand visibility and educate both retailers and consumers about the unique advantages of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging Presentations: Conduct dynamic in-store demonstrations to inform retail staff and consumers about our products, emphasizing their unique advantages and our brand ethos.
  • Relationship Building: Foster enduring relationships with key retail partners, boosting sales opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactive Outreach: Initiate targeted outreach, including cold calls to potential retail partners, to introduce our product line and secure new marketing opportunities.
  • Event Representation: Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, enhancing brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
  • Market Insights: Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform our marketing and product development strategies.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with brand objectives and increase market share.

Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively within the South Florida area, with occasional trips beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
  • Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Prior sales or brand representative experience in the hemp, cannabis, CBD, or alternative product space.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 to $60,000, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales results.
