We are seeking a knowledgeable Right of Way Electric Project Manager to join our team in supporting our operations in the Midwest Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the activities of agents responsible for acquiring land, easements, and rights for utility clients, focusing on gas and electric transmission.
- Manage the preparation of essential documentation.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, providing regular updates and predictive reports to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients through effective communication and accountability.
- Experience with 500kV or larger projects is essential.
- Extensive background in Right of Way management, both as an agent and supervisor.
- Preference for candidates with experience in gas-related Right of Way projects.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Prior experience in employee management is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- IRWA RW, RWA, or SRWA certification is advantageous.
- Experience with scheduling software and project forecasting.
- Ability to review engineering drawings effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to serve in both leadership and supportive roles within project teams.
- Excellent listening skills to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow and execute both oral and written instructions.
- Exhibit high-level self-management and organizational skills.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
