Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical ABA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program, you will provide expert assessment, treatment, and support to enrolled children and youth using evidence-based principles and techniques grounded in behavior analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors and develop tailored intervention plans;
  • Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective behavior change strategies;
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress reports to inform treatment decisions and plan updates;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team of clinicians, educators, and family advocates to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients and their families.

Requirements

To be successful as a Clinical ABA Specialist at BHN, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's degree in a mental health field or related discipline;
  • At least two years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, preferably with certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and community settings.
