About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Health Network. As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Summary
The ABA Technician will provide direct teaching and implementation of behavior plans for enrolled children and youth, model behavior strategies for parents/caregivers, and document interactions with service participants. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 direct teaching to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Implement behavior plans prepared and maintained by supervising behavioral professionals (e.g., BCBA)
- Model implementation of behavior strategies for parent/caregivers of enrolled youth
- Document daily interactions with service participants specific to goal areas for which ABA is authorized and all contacts with other providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and one year experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs using treatments based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or an Associate's degree and minimum two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs using treatments based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred; certification will be trained and compensated for qualified candidates during time of employment if not certified
- Valid driver's license with verified clean driving record and reliable vehicle available for work
