Multisystemic Therapy Team (Models: Multisystemic Therapy):
- Focus on engaging caregivers and key participants in proactive, change-oriented treatment to overcome barriers to progress

- Foster growth within the entire family unit, empowering them to resolve their own challenges

- Collaborate with families to set their own treatment goals

- Ensure youth remain in their homes, reducing safety risks and legal issues.

- The MST model serves youth aged 12-17 exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including substance use and truancy.

- MST therapists partner with families and other key figures to empower them in addressing challenging behaviors and fostering long-term change.

- Maintain a manageable caseload of 4-6 families
  • Participate in quarterly MST training to enhance and maintain competency

Minimum Qualifications:
  • MSW or other Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field (Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • DORA registration as licensed or candidate for LPC (LPCC), LCSW (SWC), LMFT (LMFTC), or NLC licensure
