We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mount Carmel Health System. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The LPN will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and perform treatments and procedures according to approved standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
  • Participate in continuity planning and discharge needs identification.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Successful completion of an approved Pharmacology Course with NAPNES Certification, OOPNES Certification, or Ohio Board of Nursing Card.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
