Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at 4M Building Solutions. As a frontline ESSENTIAL WORKER, you will be trained in our state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Get trained in our best practices for cleaning and disinfecting.
  • Be the friendly face of 4M, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and replenish supplies.
  • Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips as you notice them.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Have no prior janitorial experience (we train you in our best practices).
  • Pass a successful drug screening and background check.
  • Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Have reliable transportation.
