About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dish Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Kitchen Organization and Maintenance: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assistance with Food Preparation: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Monitor and report any equipment issues or concerns to management, ensuring the kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is highly valued, but not required.
• Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our culinary operations.
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent hygiene standards, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction.
