Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Teledyne Relays. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining production requirements on a daily basis, inspecting and assembling components per process specifications, and performing housekeeping and administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and assemble components per process specifications

Maintain production requirements on a daily basis

Perform housekeeping and administrative duties as needed

Report any issues to the supervisor

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions/short correspondence

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Experience using a micrometer, microscope, and computer

Work Environment

Candidate will be occasionally working near moving mechanical parts, and frequently exposed to chemicals (safely below occupational exposure levels); moderate noise levels

Must be able to stand frequently, occasionally walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; Occasionally be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requires close vision (clear vision 20 inches or less), and be able to distinguish and identify colors

Salary Range

$29,480.00-$39,490.00

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
