Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Car Wash Team Member to join our team. As a Car Wash Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, promoting our premium services and driving revenue growth.
  • Perform vehicle scrubs, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing, to create a welcoming and clean environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and stooping.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
