Key Responsibilities:- Guide product design to incorporate new technology and verify structural integrity of various crewed and uncrewed aerial vehicles.
- Employ efficient integration of both composite and metallic constructions.
- Solve complex structural problems by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the development lifecycle.
- BS in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 9 years' experience in the stress analysis field, preferably aerospace or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Must be a US Citizen or Legal US Permanent Resident.
- Strong English written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Experience with prototype development and testing of airframe primary structure.
- Automate workflows for speed and efficiency using Microsoft Office 365, VBA, Python, Matlab, or Boeing custom tools.
- Experience with fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, categorization of part criticality.
