Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will engage with both internal and external clients to clarify underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing strategies to effectively manage customer accounts. Utilizing a range of skills, the representative will ensure a positive customer experience.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated competency in customer service roles, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred. Possession of a P&C license or personal lines license is advantageous.

Advanced critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
