Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for CPA firms, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve our audit services
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big Four firm
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
- Proficiency in audit software and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
