Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic nursing team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and reduce length of stay
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team through coaching, mentoring, and training
Requirements
  • 5 years of related clinical experience and 2 or more years of proven leadership experience
  • BSN degree required; Master's or enrolled in Master's preferred
  • Active TX RN license or ability to gain state license
