We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety to lead our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Programs. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and food safety programs across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance and food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and food safety risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality and food safety policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and food safety best practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety, with a strong background in regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of quality and food safety regulations, including FDA and USDA guidelines.
