Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to become part of our vibrant team. PCAs are essential in offering direct support to patients and ensuring their comfort and health.

In your role as a PCA at PACS Inc., you will collaborate closely with our nursing professionals to provide top-notch care in a cooperative and encouraging setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support patients with mobility and transfers, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Work alongside nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment for patients.

Qualifications:
  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the relevant state.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
