Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Instructor for our Associate Degree Nursing Program. This role involves teaching clinical and laboratory sessions, ensuring students receive comprehensive hands-on training in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
The faculty member will be responsible for:

  • Preparing detailed syllabi and instructional materials.
  • Conducting engaging lectures and interactive discussions to enhance the learning experience.
  • Implementing effective evaluation methods to assess student performance.
  • Maintaining and securing necessary equipment and instructional resources.

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing and hold a current RN license in Illinois. An additional Iowa RN license is preferred. Proficiency in oral English for classroom instruction is essential.

Compensation:
Pay is based on educational qualifications and experience, with a minimum starting pay for adjunct faculty as follows:

  • Less Than a Master's Degree: $693.36 per equated hour
  • Master's Degree: $808.92 per equated hour
  • Doctorate: $866.70 per equated hour
