Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Sam's Club Tech. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and reliable software systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop n-tier applications using Microservices, Java/J2EE, and related technologies.
- Lead and participate in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, and partnering with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams.
- Lead the work of other small groups of engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned engineering projects by providing pertinent documents, direction, and examples.
- Analyze business requirements, storyboards, and similar artifacts of the scrum process, and work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, including product management, various product lines, or business units, to drive forward results and commit to team success and positive team dynamics.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area, and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Or 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
