We are seeking a seasoned Trademark Portfolio Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our global portfolio of trademarks.

This role offers an exceptional chance to apply your expertise in intellectual property law and lead our efforts in trademark management. Your skills will drive our success in protecting and expanding our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough trademark searches and analyzing search results to ensure optimal brand protection.
  • Drafting and submitting trademark applications and responses to office actions, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Managing our global trademark docket database, coordinating with outside counsel, and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Reviewing marketing materials, product designs, and social media content to ensure compliance with our trademark policies.
  • Providing expert guidance on intellectual property matters, including IP due diligence and litigation support.
  • Developing and implementing IP strategies to support business growth and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to educate employees on IP best practices and promote our licensing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in trademark law, preferably in a corporate law department or law firm.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of domestic and foreign trademark law, policies, and processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,000 - $115,000 for positions based in NYC. In addition, this role is eligible for a bonus in accordance with our incentive plan.
