With exceptional technical talent, our expanding product suite is designed for the cloud, seamlessly managing infrastructure, optimization, availability, data protection, and more, allowing our users to concentrate on leveraging their data rather than managing it.

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Technical Program Manager to join a world-class team responsible for developing Snowflake's product and cloud platform.

This position presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence the creation of a flexible, large-scale, high-performance, and resilient platform for Snowflake's features and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational execution, increasing engineering productivity through tools and streamlined processes.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of proven experience leading medium to large-scale complex engineering projects in contemporary cloud technologies.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, unimpeded by ambiguity or competing priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other teams involved in the product lifecycle.
  • Strong program management skills complemented by technical and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and organizational skills.
  • BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $169,000 - $258,750. Additionally, this position is eligible for participation in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The starting salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

This role also includes a competitive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k).
