- Organize and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in geriatric care.
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster(s).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compassion towards residents and their families.
- Competitive pay scale: $20 to $22 per hour, depending on location, shift, and experience.
