About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at the Milford Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in emergency nursing and excellent communication skills. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient health and well-being

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in emergency nursing or a related field
  • Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
