We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Gellert Hospitality Group. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-energy shifts, leveraging company-provided tools to run high-performing shifts, and executing key measures to ensure Five Guys standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Lead shifts, manage labor costs, monitor cleanliness and maintenance, and ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • People Management: Coach and train Team Members, screen applicants, motivate Team Members to maximize their potential, and ensure Team and Guest safety.
  • Business Management: Support management on labor cost, waste monitoring, sales, and costs of goods, and provide accurate inventory data.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and empower Team Members.
  • Ability to align Team Members with Five Guys culture.
