Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with a focus on software development. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Over 5 years of experience in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a strong emphasis on serverless architectures, containerization, and orchestration (Azure expertise is essential).
  • Experience within State, Local, and Federal sectors is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Hands-on experience in migrating application workloads to Azure.
  • Proficient in DevOps practices including Configuration Management, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, and Continuous Monitoring, covering the entire lifecycle from code commits to deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong coding or scripting abilities, along with process optimization and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with various widely-used operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solution Architect Professional, or Google Cloud Architect is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Work Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, with employees operating in an office setting at individual workstations utilizing computers and telecommunication devices.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Frequent operation of computers and other office equipment.
