Job Summary
As the NPO Staffing Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Staffing Manager to oversee all staffing activities for game and event days.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event:

  • Prepare Event Day Packets and label them according to location for stands and carts.
  • Assist in collecting Passgates from NPO Groups and Subcontractors.
  • Facilitate communication with NPO Groups and Subcontractors.

Event Day:

  • Support Passgate Check-in for NPO Groups and Subcontractors.
  • Provide assistance at various locations or with Stand Leads as needed.
  • Help collect Event Paperwork at the conclusion of the event.

Post Event:

  • Complete the Event Payout Sheet based on Sign-in Sheets and returned uniforms.
  • Compile and scan Event Paperwork into the Event Folder.
  • Assist with Loss Prevention and Safety measures.
