We're seeking a talented Associate Art Director to join our team at Clutch Creative. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing visually stunning websites, interactive assets, and traditional design projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and execute design projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual style and direction.
  • Present ideation through sketches and storyboards.
  • Maintain high-quality design throughout the process.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and identity.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from creative leads.
  • Execute design of marketing assets as specified by briefs under the direction of leadership, account team, and clients.
  • Brainstorm and strategize with the team to develop creative direction.
  • Create visual prototypes to illustrate creative concepts.
  • Understand audience and communicate design work with business leaders.
  • Cross-collaborate with the creative team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in web and interactive design working with a single brand, in-house.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or similar with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcripts are required for confirmation).
  • Strong experience in visual design, websites, interactive design, traditional design, photography, and videography.
  • Portfolio with a variety of design projects across different media required.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation preferred.
  • Previous experience leading a team of Designers.
