Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Services Staff to join our team. As a Social Services Staff, you will assist the Social Services Director/Coordinator in identifying and providing for each resident's social, emotional, and psychological needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents and their families with social, emotional, and family issues.
  • Assist in providing timely and accurate completion of documentation needed to comply with Facility, State, and Federal policies.
  • Participate in resident care planning and discharge planning.
  • Serve as a general source of information for residents and their families.
Requirements
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in social work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
