Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, dining, and storage areas. Your efforts will contribute to the seamless operation of our culinary team and enhance the overall dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining, and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to work weekends and holidays
