About the Job
You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and quality control across the product lines, focusing on delivering reliable and high-quality solutions that meet the stringent standards of the medical industry.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance/quality control procedures and work instructions that impact the finished product.
- Liaison with the sales, purchasing, and quality control teams to ensure customer satisfaction through appropriate processes.
- Maintain supplier communication regarding non-conformances.
- Understand and help the organization meet its Quality Policy and Objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proficiency in all required computer programs.
- Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration of all measuring equipment.
- Regularly communicate with the Quality Control Lead.
- Review nonconformances with QC reps, determine disposition, and notify suppliers of any issues.
- Manage repair estimates, process orders, inspect returned products, and ensure proper functionality before shipping them back to customers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of and experience adhering to ISO standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
The estimated salary range is based on the national average for a Quality Assurance Lead in the United States. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and company size.
