Job Title: Speech and Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at West Fargo Public Schools. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing prevention, assessment, and remediation services for learners who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing consulting services to guardians and educators
  • Developing positive, effective working relationships with learners and staff
  • Implementing building therapy schedules
  • Providing direct/indirect therapy for identified learners
  • Maintaining learner status through the use of charts, records, and progress reports
Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • ND Teaching License in the area of Speech Language Pathology
  • ND Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting
