We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at West Fargo Public Schools. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing prevention, assessment, and remediation services for learners who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for learners with communication disorders.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to learners, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement therapy schedules and programs to meet the needs of learners.
  • Communicate effectively with learners, parents, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • North Dakota teaching license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with learners with communication disorders preferred.
