Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant, or industrial engineering, with a focus on major capital project planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Industrial automation experience (PLCs, HMI, SCADA).
  • Experience with building and industrial codes (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, IBC, ASTM).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
