About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Pocatello. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, working closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads, and partnering with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
