- Schedule team members to maintain appropriate shift coverage based on business needs.
- Manage all escalated customer service issues with professionalism.
- Execute daily operational procedures with excellence.
- Lead with effective communication through written and verbal communication.
- Enforce Victra policies and procedures promptly and efficiently.
- Use training tools provided to further your career and personal development.
- Create a fun and engaging environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- Relevant history of high retail sales performance.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Training RequirementsAll Total Store Leads are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. All Total Store Leads are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day Store Leader University (SLU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
