Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Per Diem Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric department, you will provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
