Maintenance Coordinator

The Littlestown Area School District is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance/Grounds Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining the district's facilities, grounds, and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair district facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing
• Operate and maintain district vehicles and equipment
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the district administration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid PA driver's license

Working Conditions:

The Maintenance/Grounds Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.

Salary and Benefits:
