Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Littlestown Area School District is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Grounds Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our school buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor issues.
• Assist with groundskeeping, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and shoveling snow.
• Operate and maintain various equipment, such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and snowplows.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of outside grounds keeping and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
