Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to our signature recipes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Implement Emmy's Steps of Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately enter guest orders into our Breadcrumb POS system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
  • Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to our culinary team.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, outgoing demeanor during service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Prior experience requiring cash handling, excellent customer service, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing guest needs and expectations.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the restaurant.
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and a love for the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
