As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Document all customer interactions and updates in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
