We are a comprehensive 200-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center, providing a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. You will collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a Bachelors Degree holder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
